Add a meeting

You can advertise meetings on the Macro Group website for a fee of £100, which must be received by us prior to publication (this service is available FREE to members - please login).

Please check over your submission before clicking the enter button - you can only make changes afterwards by contacting our web officer. Help notes are provided at the foot of this page.

You must delete the notes in the paragraph and location fields, and replace with the details of your event (or leave blank - paragraph 2 only)
Only the title and first paragraph of description of any event is included on the RSS, with a link to the main calendar entry for further details.
OPTIONAL the web address will appear as a link that offers more details about this event.
You MUST provide a name and an email address, in case we need to check meeting details with you.
If you check the 'Offer no contact details' box visitors will not be able to contact you about your advertisement.
NOTE if you leave this unchecked your email address will still be concealed behind a form, so you will be protected from 'spam'.
